China Unicom México S.A. de C.V. (CUM) is the first subsidiary of China Unicom Global (CUG) in Hispanic America and the second in Latin America. The company was legally established in 2021 but began operations in 2022. China Unicom México's office was opened to expand into the Mexican market and currently has two Points of Presence (PoP). Additionally, CUM serves as the headquarters for the Spanish-speaking market in America. Through CUM, China Unicom offers end-to-end integrated telecommunications services worldwide, including global connectivity services, global internet access, ICT services, cloud services, Internet of Things (IoT), video conferencing, unified communication, content, and cybersecurity services.
