Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)

Our Service.

Our internet service is supported by our fiber optic network and is delivered directly to the end customer, ensuring connectivity quality throughout all the way.
In addition to the above, we have connections with three (3) major international ISPs Tier 1 category at the NAP of the Americas in Miami and locally in Panama.
As well as various nodes located throughout the city in order to provide redundancies, the quality of the service is supported by a Carrier Class Service Level Agreement (SLA), which guarantees the availability and efficiency of the provided service.
All our services can be delivered in Gigabit Ethernet or 10 Gigabit Ethernet.

Service Definition.

Dedicated internet access means that a clearly-defined, continuous amount of bandwidth is devoted to one client to connect their local area networks (LANs) with the public Internet.
The bandwidth belongs strictly to that one client. Whether the client chooses to fully utilize their allotted bandwidth or not, is up to them. The connection is guaranteed to perform with consistent uptime and above minimum speeds, in accordance with the service level agreement (SLA). Dedicated access is sold at a rated speed and not “up to” speed.

Ethernet Transport

Our Service.

We provide high capacity bandwidth connections in fiber optic for fast and secure capacity connectivity to deliver access network services (local loop last mile) and backhaul.
All our fiber optic solutions are totally scalable and delivered through more than 1000 km of fiber optic network deployed with more than 42 nodes distributed throughout Panama.
All our services can be delivered in Gigabit Ethernet or 10 Gigabit Ethernet.

Service Definition.

Ethernet Transport is used to provide a physical connection to a local area network (LAN). Ethernet transport does not necessarily mean a connection to the Internet at large. It is a way to connect two points using layer 2 of the OSI model.
